Warranty

Most products include a 6-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Orders linked to a Fullcart account include a 1-year limited warranty for covered defects.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched lenses or surfaces, lost or stolen items, accidental damage, heat damage, misuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications.

Warranty coverage applies only to purchases from authorized sellers, including the official store, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. Purchases from unauthorized resellers or resale marketplaces are not eligible.

To start a warranty review, contact support with your order details and clear photos of the issue. If a covered issue is approved for replacement, guest orders may have a processing fee to help cover shipping and handling. Orders linked to a Fullcart account have that processing fee covered.
